Today, most health plans require patients to pay for a portion of the services they receive. If your insurance requires copayments, please remember that these are due at the time of service.
Some United Healthcare plans (as well as others) are now requiring patients to obtain referrals from their primary care physician to access their chiropractic benefits. If your plan requires a referral, you must obtain this prior to your first appointment in our office.
We do submit claims on behalf of patients for whom we are "out-of-network."
